Add check boxes for Proton/gamescope options as a sub menu to the compatibility menu.

Title. While I just have Steam yolo all my games via Proton experimental for all Windows games and I don't use gamescope on my desktop I still test things out from time to time and many people rely on such options for work arounds. FSR, etc.

They aren't unknown to Steam like specific game options Valve literally makes Proton and gamescope so theres really no excuse to not just have a menu with the options right in the GUI.

Radio buttons to select NIS/FSR, another for scaling method, a slider for sharpness, checkbox's for features like gamemode, force grabbing mouse/keyboard, forcing fullscreen, forcing game to always be ontop, etc.

This will save so many people so much time and also stop people from copy pasting nonsense into their launch options and posting on ProtonDB that "game x" doesn't work because they disabled their dGPU and blame the game.
