There is an update with the steam that if you change your name you will get tradeban for 2 - 4 hours right?

this update is to prevent API Scam method where victims get offer from the scammers bot with the same name and picture that the victim is trading. so if the bot changes the name to the person who the victim is trading that bot will get tradeban right?

my question is that will the ban be active even only changing /adding 1 letter on the name on the name? if not then you should update it even 1 letter removed or added automatic 2 - 4 hours ban then also implement this too when changing profile pic. Thanks

It would be useful as some hijackers may hope that just changing the avatar will be enough to fool some people.
