Guys Can Steam add in payment option Payza ?

Guys I have question. I tried to purchase somethings in Steam and found out that there are such options:
PayPal, Deposit credit cards, Webmoney.

I have PayPal account but for some reason I cant get receiveng to it from Abroad.
I just earned some money and they are at Payza .
With Payza I can receive and transmit money--at least in my case.

So what interests me--Can steam add more ways to purchase games--like for example Payza payment system?

The more ways to buy the better I think--because in such way everyone could be happy and also Steam would get more sales.

I just do not want ot think about how to Transmit money from Payza to PayPal and then lose fees on it. Would be much easier for me and probably for many users to have such option. And also Payza becoming more and more popular and spread in Internet.

Anyway my question is:
To whom should I talk in order to find out if it is possible?

And also which You guys have thoughts about it?

Is there GreenLight voting about it--like possible to make voting on Greenlight if users would want to have such paymanet option on Steam?
