Able to purchase with Apple ID?

I dont have a credit card or pay-pal, and I have extra money to spend on my Apple ID. I would love if this would be possible, so I could get Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Thanks for reading :)

Apple doesnt allow people to use their money outside tehir own system. Not really going to happen

^^^^This. They all want to keep the money in their own ecosystem whether it be Apple's iTunes/App store,Google Play, Steam, Origin, Amazon, PSN, Xbox Live, etc... Most of them get 30% of what is sold on their stores and if you spent it on another store they wouldn't get that rate or possibly anything. So normally the game maker gets 70% of the sale and Steam gets 30% If you used Apple money, they would want a peice of the pie as well. You would have to take it out of the developer, steam, or both's cut.
