for Steam anti cheat developers to stop VIP cheaters

Hello, there is a cheat provider called "AimWare" and they are causing most the issue with "legit cheating" inside match making in counter strike global offensive they sell legit aimbot and other cheats that are not always easy to tell via OW (over watch). There cheats require the clients computer to be in Patch guard disabled mode, or in other words KPP off (kernel patch protection) I am no expert in the field of anti cheats but I do know a little bit, by running the "Cheats" on the OS "Patch Guard disabled" drivers and stuff can remain hidden so when VAC sends a client a type of challenge and the right answer is not provided and the computer processes, hardware, and memory is being scanned, but it never finds the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Loader. Is there anyway to require Patch Guard enabled to run steam if so this would allow you guys to detect the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loader fairly quickly i assume. as i stated I am no expert in this field it's just a suggestion if there are any developers that work on the VAC team that does not know much about KPP I would be willing to go into far more detail if needed via PM.

that's nothing at all what I am talking about , the cheats require KPP off for a reason so it doesn't show up in memory or processes because VAC will detect it within a few mins

Software hiding itself, you say? And that's nothing at all like software hiding itself? Ok.

the software can only hide when patch guard is disabled , when patch guard is disabled memory does not go through the kernel , you have no idea what patch guard is or KPP please don't comment on this when you have no sweet clue
