Microsoft Urban Assault on Steam
Hello! I have very fond memories of playing a game called Urban Assault on PC, it was made by Microsoft in 1998 and never had a sequel. Here's why it should be on Steam:
1: A mix of genres! With a full FPS mode for control of tanks, helicopters and planes, you could control any vehicle you wanted to, at any time- and boost that particular unit's stats by virtue of you being in it. More so, there was an RTS aspect and a real-time map of the terrain and units moving and attacking that you could use with ease to order units, group squadrons, and much more.
2: The enemies! A whole host of alien races are available to fight against in single-player, ranging from standard tanks like your own, to enormous UFO's with laser's that could fully demolish buildings.
3: Destructible environments/ graphics! Buildings can be entirely destroyed with missiles, your home-base's massive turrets, or enemy fire. The maps themselves are spacious and include upgrades for your machines and even energy boosts for your floating, teleporting base. The graphics, despite being from '98, do a great job of selling a desolate landscape and terrifying alien machinery waiting to blow you to pieces.

All in all, this game was a grand mix of genres and play-styles with something for everyone, and all this fan asks is that it is released on Steam so others can play this wonderful game. I would love full multiplayer support and maybe even controller support as well to make it easier to play.

Thank you!

You would have to ask Microsoft, not Valve. It's up to them to decide where to sell their games.

I have yet to get ahold of Microsoft, and there's no email or way to easily ask them that I have found.
