Alarm clock and/or stopwatch in steam overlay

Please I would like to be able to set an alarm clock that would pop up when the appointed time arrives. It would be very helpful for me. I tend to lose track of time some times.

I'd like to see the feature, but you can just open the web browser and use the online stopwatch. I'm sure it works.

True, it would just be easier for me. I would also like it if said alarmclock or stopwatch could be integrated with the family options. It would be nice if I could give my kid an hour before he has to start on his homework. Some might say that I should be watching the time, but I have my own work to do as well. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I think it would be a nice feature.

I've had this idea many times, or at least remembered it many times, i would greatly appreciate it if Steam where to implement a feature like this into the overlay. How did this discussion not become very popular?

I do not even need an alarm clock, how about just a plain old clock in the upper right hand corner of the steam overlay, you have it by the game controller and the x to close steam out??? It could even be tied in to your pc / laptop clock so it should not be too hard to do.

There is already a clock in the overlay. At least, there is one in mine.
