It is doubtful you will ever be able to use Amazon cards. Right now steam gets about 30% of the sale (minus payment processing fees) and the publisher gets about 70%. If Amazon was willing to accept the small amounts other payment [roviders get (VISA, Master Card, PaySafe) then there might be a chance, but Amazon like iTunes, Google Play, and most other services, would rather you spend all that money at Amazon because they get a much larger share of the payments revenue.
from there by time with discounts on Steam and so, some decides to buy games, thats main reason am saying this ... of course no others countries has that problem...
and about BSF thats our currency, thats about steam accepting payments in that type on a bank, then they would make their process to change for $...
