Option to keep PC awake when downloading

If this is already in Steam, can someone point it out? If not then it would be great if Steam would be able to keep windows awake while it is actively downloading something.

My PC is set to sleep after 30 minutes and its frustrating to find that Windows has gone to sleep while downloading a game when really it should be able to keep windows awake until the game has finished downloading.

I've also realized this recently: setting up a Steam Stream on my Network I don't want my main Steam PC server on all the time, just when I'm ready to Stream. So it 'll go to sleep after 3 minutes. I have not yet found this option in Steam (to keep awake during downloads) - but have made a shortcut to my Windows power settings with 2 custom power plans: "Waiting to Stream" and "downloading" where the latter has sleep kick in after 3 hours.
