Steam Input: DualSense Full HD Haptics over bluetooth
A little context: the DualSense currently doesn’t have full HD haptic functionality over Bluetooth (wireless). Right now, all features only work when connected via USB. But a talented developer, sdoregor, recently made a breakthrough with his research that enables HD haptics over Bluetooth.

It’s called SAxense, and while it’s still in the proof-of-concept and experimental stages, it’s already showing a lot of promise:

The same principle has also been applied to the tihrd party app DSX. and is soon to provide support as well.

Hopefully Valve can take inspiration from this work and, down the line, bring similar support into Steam Input across both Steam on Windows and SteamOS/Linux.

I wasn’t sure where else to share this to get Valve’s attention, so I’m posting it here as well.

I also posted in Valve's SteamOS github

Honestly this seems like a really good idea to implement to steam input, hell, even like the steam client in some way
This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
