Option to pay the difference from the discounted version you purchased to full price

It would be a new idea but sort of fun if you like the developers, the ability to pay the difference between your purchase price and the full price.
So if you buy it on discount for 29 bucks and it costs 69 bucks full price, you can pay voluntarily and optionally 40 bucks to have the game paid at full price instead of only discounted like when you purchased it.

This is the best answer. If you *need* to give devs more money, then gift a friend (or two) the game to grow the user base.

I don't have too much money, I just like to pay full price but after you purchased discounted you can't pay the difference to full price anymore. And I don't have someone that wants to receive gift video games around, but paying the difference would make me play the game with more satisfaction.

Why? you could just buy the game for all of your friends or wait for the game to go full price.

Ask the developer if they have a "Buy me a cup of coffee" lot's of them have something like that.
