Organizational Collections - QoL (low priority)

Being capable of moving collections up/down on the side bar, along with how they are listed in the tile mode for collections... for Steam Deck support... you could have a right click option to move it... or have it be select, hold down M1 (right trigger), and you can move it (works with dpad/arrow keys)
