Ignored Games Played On Other Platforms and Sales, Publisher, and Developer Pages

On sales pages, games an account has marked as "ignored - played on another platform" are not displayed. There is however a notice on sections that there are X number of games not displayed due to ignore settings. That notice is clickable and sends you to your completed ignore list in account settings. Clicking that notice, I would hope that it instead showed me the games that I have set as ignored. There are 2 types of games I would still buy even if they are ignored:

1) I play the game on a different platform, but I would prefer to utilize some of Steam's superior features and would consider buying the game.
2) Games that I do not personally like, BUT I have a friend that will like it and that I could gift to them.

Additionally, it would be helpful to have an additional ignored category for games I would like to be used in suggesting games to me because it is completely in the correct genre, but just a game I think is terrible.
