Enable through the steam app the ability to bypass the age verification.
If I am able to set a setting as I am scrolling through the store page to see straight up porn games pop up in my feed with the ability to hover over the game and see graphic images, I should be able to bypass the screen where it asks if I am old enough to view a game. I'm signed in if it were the web browser I would give it a pass.

Q: Why do you KEEP asking my damn age throughout the store?

A: We're with you on this. Unfortunately, many rating agencies have rules that stipulate that we cannot save your age for longer than a single browsing session. It's frustrating, but know we're filling out those age gates too.

They are required to by law do that and even made a whole post about it.

Yep.
Stupid laws or not Valve has to follow them.
If you mean the Age Gate? Steam is legally required to ask each time, as they cannot keep that info for longer than the current browsing session.

The Age Gate also makes it so Steam cannot be held responsible if an underage person sees NSFW stuff. If someone lies about their age on the Age Gate, all Steam has to do is say the user lied about their age.

It should also be the Parents job, not Steam's, to ensure the underage user is not looking at things they should not be looking at.

Age ratings are set by ratings agencies. Whether a game has told Steam that it has adult only sexual content or not does not affect whether Steam shows an age gate for that game. Only official ratings agency ratings cause it.
Personally, I am flattered when someone or something thinks I might be young. Shows there is life in the old dog yet.
Damn.. Thats a bit silly. I don't mind when it remembers my date, just tedious to set each time. Go from staring at boobs to staring at a lock screen asking if I am old enough to buy those boobs.
