More Steam surveys

Hey there, I would love to see Steam push out more Hardware Surveys as they do at a seemingly random time.

I love Steam for what it is and I guess this thing could be good for the consumer because many people I personally know look up what most people use as hardware on a Steam Survey.

We know the Hardware market is "pretty" fast sometimes, like when a new release happens and I guess some Devs could also take notes here.

This just sprung out of my head watching the GPU market atm. because I am in "need" of a new GPU and would love to buy a 5080 or 5090 but money wise I will never spend that amount of money on a hobby in a single blow. But I know that most games support NVIDIA cards more ( DLSS, RTX etc ).

But I guess this "could change" a bit with the new 9070 / XT cards because you can actually buy them for like 800€ a pop, the cheapest 5070TI ( What would be my lowest agreement ) on the other hand is 1000€ at this moment and I cant see why I shouldn't buy a AMD Card now besides Driver Support from games.

I think this could not only help consumer but also Devs to focus more on what is bought now and likely will be in the near future ( 1-2 years ).

I've seen that there is a monthly Survey but I didn't know people are randomly picked!

Monthly is fine I guess, thats what I had in mind anyway.
