I mean your idea sounds great, except for the part there's not a reasonable way to do it when the game is apparently ignoring the Windows primary monitor setting....
In all fairness I did say "Easier said than done" which implies i don't understand what it would take to do it. however technology continues to advance. I remember when a 2gb flash drive cost like 15 bucks and now I can get an SD card for roughly the same price and 12 extra gigs. it's a post in suggestions and Ideas that might get seen and lead to a nice littel change that I'm sure anyone could appreciate.
I had the strangest issue the other day where the BIOS was popping up on monitor 2 when only one monitor was plugged in after the BIOS loaded on monitor 1 the BIOS settings would show up on monitor 2, I fixed it yet it confounds me still.
Except for the impossible part...
Some of us are experienced developers and understand the scope of the problem. You might as well say, just make a patch to fix all game bugs, or make a pill to cure all disease.
Just saying something and not understanding how unreasonable it really is doesn't make it reasonable.
It would be nice if it was, but until all games are built the same way in a uniform manner, you're never going to be able to control them like you inagine.
