About games' name customization in Steam's personal game library
For non-English speakers, the names of games in their Steam library are often a mix of English and their local language or just pure English . It causes inconvenience for non-English players when searching for the game. Even if you can use other tools to briefly change the name of a game in your library to your local language, it will still change back to English after a while. Will the Steam client be updated in the future to include the function for players to customize the names of purchased games in their own personal library?
Game companies often add strange suffixes to their games, such as a tiny "TM" (I don't know what that means, maybe it's similar to a trademark or something?) 。 In short, it's quite uncomfortable to look at.
To be honest, it's not a big deal for Valve to do this, it's basically just like replicating the nickname option for friends that already exists to the library games.

I agree 100%

I hate that some games use all capital letters. Also agree about the "TM".

The names of games are Trademarked, which means you are NOT allowed to change the name of the game.

No, not changing the name of the game in the public store, just giving the game a "nickname" in the private library, which I don't think is technically difficult to do. In fact, many games don't have localized translations simply because the developers don't upload translations on Steamwork, so why can't players do it in the library? Do not change the public name, just make your game name look comfortable.

Not only "TM", games in the same series sometimes have different way to name. Sometimes they have the quotation marks, sometimes don't; Sometimes they use Roman numerals , sometimes Arabic numerals . I really have had enough of the game company's "art of naming names."
I just want the games in my library to be presented as "XXX(game name) + series number (Arabic numeral)". I don't want to change the name of a game in store, just a nickname for a game in a private library.
