And no the IP owners of the game are not going to be looking here to see if people are still interested in their game. Valve is also not going to ask them if they can bring the game to Steam, they are not going to forward your messages to them. You need to contact them yourself.
But I do kinda suck at crash team racing? Got any nub advice?
Well, I would like to give the idea. I'm not pretending make Steam contact the devs. However yes, I would do that my self and ask them knowing the chances are low but people had the idea. I've spoken. Trust me I've tested Mario Kart with Dolphin emulator and it was another level of experience. Imagine even Sonic Allstars that I have it on my library. But no clue, no ideas on VR of this type of games out of the internet yet. If Praydog already moded RE games and on why not a Mario Kart type of game? =)
That would be awesome even Sonic Allstars. Steam have a huge potential.
People that own things can bring them to Steam to sell on Steam. That's the gist of how the platform works.

Good luck with tat.
Microsoft retains ownership of Skylanders, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, and other properties associated with Activision.
There we go, thanks.
>>Naughty Dog is not owned by Microsoft who also owned this IP
>>>If want PC port, Naughty Dog must contact Microsoft
As usual, good luck with that.
