Fix workshop collections over 1000 items

For whatever reason, once you've added over 1000 items to a workshop collection the collection starts showing up as empty. As it stands, the only way to 'fix' this is going back to all the items you've added to the collection and removing them one by one until you're back under 1,000.

From what I've seen, this problem has been happening to other users for over a year now. I'm simply asking that this bug be addressed, either by fixing collections so they can hold over 1000 items without going blank or by making users unable to add more than that amount to a collection.

After all, what is the point in being able to curate a collection of over 1000 items if it's just going to show up as blank for you and everyone else, with no way to easily fix it?
