Not Exactly. I could have access to it, but no internet access, a couple of KM under the ground. and I'd rather not risk smashing it against something anyway.
I know this issue certainly won't be resolved for me in time, obviously. But it shows a good use case. I can imagine many others. For example, my father worked at a sensitive military base and had to surrender his phone. And my mother is in a third world country with practically no mobile internet: Wales.
(I jest, the Welsh are alright, just very much lacking in modern infrastructure)
Oh no.
I agree with this suggestion.
Use your phone and start the DL in the parking lot or something.
I tried to work out a whole thing with task scheduler and stuff but that only starts the install process. It won't bypass any License Agreements and doesn't seem to let me set the install location and start the download. So I'm looking for an expansion to that. I know I'm out of luck being able to play it the day of release. So instead of crying about it, I'm trying to find a resolution for the future.
I dont recall the last time I bought a new release for release day so no, none of that is a priority for me.
No Mans Sky maybe. I refunded it.
