[In-Game Overlay] Achievement notification options

Ever since the new Steam Deck-based Big Picture Mode was made available I have been confused on why there's no option to keep the Achievement pop-up message visibile but disable the sound it makes (even if you are not in Big Picture it still makes a sound and unlike the one for screenshot notifs it cannot be disabled), and how there's also no option to change the size of the pop-up message since it's much smaller than the old BPM notification, which is very ironic seeing how now Steam achivement icons are far higher resolution since ~2020

Also, I honestly liked how the old BPM achievement notification looked with its blue gradient. Could we get an option to get those back? Just in general, more customization for achivement notifications (BPM notifs for the normal overlay and viceversa, old BPM style, sound on/off, etc.)
