It certainly didn't IMPROVE my relationship when I told 'em I couldn't send em anything
So yes, Harming is the correct word

Revenue is what matters, not necessarily the quantity of units.

Valve isn't responsible for your international relationships, throwing that on the pile doesn't aid your argument in any way. It just makes it clear you've put zero thought into your suggestion outside, "I want..." and what you want may not always be the center of the universe or even Valve's business.

Besides the system deliberately prevents you from doing what you want already. An explanation of why is not a whine, even if the words share some letters.

If someone says its harming their relationship with you that you can't send them games... then get out of that relationship.

If they are real friends, they wouldn't be saying that to you, and you should remove them from your friends list. If its a romantic relationship, it sounds toxic and they shouldn't be saying that to you and you should get out of it.

I had friends that I was sending gifts to before Valve put the limits on... and you know what happened? Not one of my friends told me that since I don't give them gifts anymore, our friendship is over.... not a single person did that.
