Add an "Old but good game you've missed" category in the Store

We're always attracted by what's new, while there are still old games that will never be brought to light.

I can well imagine that the algorithm suggests games that are not new, depending on the tags that are popular for us and the Steam review score (because hidden gems are often extremely well rated, like Machinarium for my hidden gem).

That would be cool. The Xbox store has a category like that; it's just a bunch of nostalgic old games. I'd like that on Steam as well

When I was viewing my Steam Replay 2024 page I noticed that a statistic said only like 9% of games played that whole year were new games (released in 2024). So yea I think people do prefer playing old games more

Just because a game has a positive review score, doesn't mean its good. We'll no doubt how lots of people complaining this category is filled with games they don't like and that it needs to be changed.

You can already hide stuff with a negative rating while searching, so you can just do that and look under the classics tag if you want "old but good" games.
