CS2 Premier Overwatch Priority

Needs to be elevated a bit or provided to more users, too many blatant cheaters at the top ranks. Idk if Valve is waiting for the leaderboard to populate but if 3rd parties can get data from games and show aim statistics it doesn't make sense why VAC can't just scrutinize these players where the aim is suspect as a minimum. Every player at 30k+ I've played has been cheating and using the most obvious aimbot.
