Add Uzbek Currency And Language To Steam.
Dear Steam Developers And Support.

Here in Uzbekistan we are suffering from low salary and bad economy. The salaries are even lower than Turkey and Argentina. Most of the people here go to Turkey, Russia, Yemen and Korea to work, it's hard to live here. Heck, lots of people can't even add money to their Steam accounts. The lowest salary in Uzbekistan about 32$, (13000 Uzbek Sums is 1$) that's not even enough to buy Call Of Duty MW. If we buy our dream games we can't fill our stomachs. We also want to play these nice games that Americans and Russians play. Just see the statistics, it's real, we Uzbek people know the truth and what's going on here.

Now dear Steam, I beg you to add Uzbek currency (UZS). Also please, Steam, add Uzbek language too, I'm the only here who has a brain to ask this. Most of the people here don't understand English. Please Steam, don't say no, listen to us, listen to our hearts Steam...

Love ya, Steam, you're the best <3

Yeah, Steam isn't going to add a practically worthless currency so you can let your family starve while you play your completely unnecessary luxury hobby on your PC that must have cost as much as your house, and no amount of necroing dead threads is going to change that.

Saying you have a bad economy is even more reason for your currency to NOT be added.

Look at the Turkish Lira, it was removed because the Turkish economy tanked.

Oh sure, let’s expect a game company to fix systemic economic problems. Maybe next, we’ll ask McDonald’s to reform healthcare.

Why not just play free games? Or, failing that, indie games. It's not like most Americans can afford to drop $70-100 every time a game is released on Steam. If you buy indie game bundles from legit key resellers, you can often get each game for $1 or $2, maybe $5/game in a worst case scenario.

How quaint.

Still, in a few lucky corners of the world, there are people who, incredibly, still spend actual money on things they enjoy doing for fun.
Gaming is a luxury.
A luxury that can be expensive at times.
It is not a right, so thus the devs are not obligated to make it so people in countries with rock bottom economies can afford it.
The devs have bills to pay, mouths to feed.
They need reasonably valuable currency to do so.
