Anyone remember Skateboard Park Tycoon 2004 Back in the USA?

I doubt anyone remembers this dinosaur of a game, but this game was a part of my childhood. The game was Skateboard Park Tycoon 2004 Back in the USA, by Cat Daddy Games (and others).

Although the game looks "primitive" and "simple" it was the first of its kind.

The first Skateboard-themed Tycoon game, or first Tycoon game period? Because if it's the latter, there's plenty of others that came before it (Namely, Railroad Tycoon and Rollercoaster Tycoon).

Not as a simple tycoon, as a skate board tycoon.
Unlike games where you make your own personal skate park, this park is public and you get to control the guests.
The games enviroment feels more vibrant with addition of other skaters AI that are programed to interact with your additions to the park.
To be honest, I always felt a little loney in the original Tony Hawk Pro Skateboarding.

And yes, I know Tony Hawk Pro is 4 years older than this, But even then it was a new adaptation.
