Dota 2 in game lag (game Delay with bots) but alittle delay than normal

Guys.. before i start talking about this ... this is not concerned with internet connection.. i play dota2 with bots. the case is _ my friend pc has lower GPU , CPU than me but it seems his dota 2 is played normally but mine has much better than his pc, more powerful graphics and Core i 7.. both of my fri's pc and mine use with window 7 .. but actually while my fri playing dota 2 normally ...... not delay. but with my pc .. dota 2 has alittle delay .i mean it's not with internet .. even with bots. when i use my spells or move .. alittle delay in response.. i got no idea why it happening but i seriously know my dota 2 has delay (similar to lagging) but the other games are running properly.. i can play dota 2 with full resolution .. highest video setting.. there's no problems with graphics but when i move my character it has some delay maybe about 0.3second or something i don't know .. but when i play with my laptop or my fri's pc it's going normally my fri's window 7 pc .. dual core processor quite lower than my GPU .. btw my GPU is Nvidia 660 GTX .My fri' pc cannot use full resolution high video settings. but mine can go with all highest setting but still playing it has some delay in moving using spells ( even with bots) .. i have tested another way to stop it by reducing video setting and resolution but it seems like it doesn't concern with it.. Can someone help me to find out what happens to my pc or can help me out of this? and i got no idea that it's due to GPU or CPU .. if i know the reason i want to fix it .. thanks alot ( sorry if my English is bad ) Good luck!
