Why steam don't offer puchasing through Moneybookers or Skrill in Pakistan?

I am a verified moneybooker aka skrill user and i can't buy games through steam? why steam restricts purchasing in 3rd world countries? Please add Skrill/Moneybookers purchasing in Pakistan so people can buy games without credit and debit cards! This is just a suggestion. Paypal and Webmoney are not available to us so only skrill remains.

You need to encourage the companies you speak of to strike a deal with Valve/Steam. Steam pays a certain fee to the payment processing companies they use. As long as they meet Steam's standards of security and whatnot and agree to charge a rate similar to the major players (Paypal/CC companies) there would be no reason to not use those services you mentioned as it could do nothing but increase sales.
