Drm or the dreaded denvo
Is possible for valve to either show a list or put out a list of games and software that has drm in it so we can choose if we want to buy sId items?

On every single game page there is a warning on the right hand side if a game has DRM in it.

Its up to you to read the page before buying to make sure you know what you are buying. You can also use a real browser with an addon called Augmented Steam and it will put on an even better warning in red when there is extra DRM.

Other than that, valve shouldn't make a list. You can always go to google and search for "games with denuvo on steam"

There is also a curator that warns people of games with Denuvo
https://store.steampowered.com/curator/26095454-Denuvo-Games/

They also usually say when a game has removed it.

It's best not to take advice from strangers, especially if they claim it is "intrusive" or contains "malware" or "rootkits."

Not sure what this is suppose to be referencing, but there are intrusive anti-cheats in games, along with rootkits.

If it requires kernel level access, its a rootkit and that does open you up to security issues. Heck there is a game on Steam that requests you turn off your security to install/play it.

I personally will not install anything with invasive DRM in it. Heck Valve tried it years ago and there was a huge backlash from not only the games community but the Steam community as a whole.

I avoid denuvo just because of the well documented by 3rd party performance issues. The makers of denuvo are also trying to pull a stunt right now by claiming they can prove that it doesn't do anything by providing a single cherry picked game that they will provide to a tester.

Denuvo DRM doesn't have said additions, and anti-cheats are often not even disclosed clearly.

Hency why I say don't believe strangers on the Internet with their claims.

All OP is asking is that such information is made visible. There is no harm in that.
