Perfect Games Tab Issue

Hello dear Steam users and developers. I am here to share an annoying problem I am facing with. I have some Perfect Games (100% of a game's achievement completed). That's nice feautre to see them via our Profiles > Games > Perfect Games.

The Issue is: I am seeing games there which are removed from Steam Store, does not even have Store Page. And the games are like troll achievements. One of them has only 1 achievement "Open the game for first time". I sent severeal tickets to Steam Support about it but they said they can't remove that game from there, also can't reset achievements.

So solution offers for this:
1- Please allow players to remove some games from there which are completely removed from steam including their store page. (also same for refunded games)
or 2- Please allow players to hide their Perfect games from public.

All stats remain regardless of the game being removed from sale. There were some huge mega threads on deleted games and achievements that went into it more but Valve wants all stats to remain.

Unfortunately the behavior of the Steam like that breaking my appetite. I hope they will do something as I suggested

That's a solution, but I don't want to hide my games, I just want to hide Perfect Games tab or that removed games from Perfect Games list...
