Your idea would lead to game devs once again having to update their store pages on an almost daily basis.
They could team up with a currency exchange API to fetch live exchange rates and update the Turkish Lira indicator whenever the rates change. A disclaimer explaining that it's an approximate value would be helpful too.
I think the benefits outweigh the risks. A Turkish Lira indicator would be a great addition for Turkish users and make Steam more user-friendly.
If someone needs to know what the current exchange rate is, it's never further than a quick web search.
