startup movies used in normal Mode, not just Big Picture mode, or SteamDeck (Suggestion)

just got a startup movie, but you can use them just in Big Picture Mode only?
why not have them useable out of Big Picture Mode? not small Mode. just an idea, and you can turn it on and off for normal Mode.

Those can only be used in Big Picture mode, or as the SteamDeck boot video.

"Use your Steam Points to get this Steam Startup Movie. You can set this movie to play when your Steam Deck or Big Picture Mode starts up."

it'd just be nice to use them outside of Steam Deck or Big Picture Mode. most steam users (like myself) have no Steam Deck and opt for normal Mode over Big Picture Mode.

Yeah seems like a waste, especially with the Ranni startup movie. I wanna see that without having to use BP mode.
