Please add the ability to open multiple instance of centain programms Example: Blender

This is very importent to me. some programmes are designed to be able to run multiple instances like blender

forget other softwares just allow blender to do it

This really has nothing to do with Steam as its a software video editor and recorder.
But try adding Blender to the taskbar run it then rightclick the Taskbar Blender again and see if you run 2 instances of it. You understand there are some someware that needs to be exclusive and cannot have 2 instances of it as that could cause a problem within the software to render a video or capture a game.
