Rate your own games in your library and steam comes up with recommendation base on it

Steam tags has made it much easier for us to find games we like to play on the market. Although when you search the market, the recommended by steam is based on your collection and wishlist, while 'recommended by tags' is based on the past week-month of games types you have been playing overall. It's not 100% accurate, sometimes I get games that I have no interest in the recommendation list of games for me to buy by steam tags. What if we could just personally add a 1 star to 5 stars rating to our games in our library (for only you to see), but it will effect what games shows up in the recommended games to buy list, of course you can still browse by tags instead or by steam based on your game collection/wishlist, but this would be a nice addition.

I love this idea or even if we just added the game to our wishlist ya know. But yessss I want us to be able to rate our own games like you can rate your music in itunes, or windows media.

Additionally to better library sorting function like in this thread I like the idea of rating my games just for myself and then maybe even pick a list of only the games I rated with 5 stars. ^^
