You can buy Steam Wallet cards on many places or use paysafe cards to fill your wallet in many places.
So someone would have to take a hit in revenue. If they can force you to keep your money in their own systems (as things work now) they make much more than a hypothetical multi-place usage.
So how would you divide the revenue? Right now it is Steam 30% (and they cover the CC fees let's say 5%) and the game maker gets 70%. So break up the sale into the following:
