Steam Reviews: Recommended Vs. Not Recommended Count

First of, let me say that Steam Reviews are a very good idea. There have been a few games I've looked at, seen a poor metacrtic score, then bought an played based on Steam Reviews and actually found them quite good.

My question though is, does the Steam Review system have a way of showing "Recommended Vs Not Recommended" counts; something like the YouTube like/dislikes bar?

If not, I think this "may" be a useful addition. The Most Helpful section is always a good indicator, but an overall score such as "100 Recommended vs 5 Not Recommended" would be good for a general overview.
