Server Tag Filtering (TF2)

When searching for servers in tf2 there is an option to look them up by specific tags. You can choose to inclued or exclude certain tags, but you can not do both at the same time. I think we should be able to.

For example, say I wanted to look for trade servers (fun to casually goof off in) and did not want to play on a minecraft themed server (very common amoung trade servers). I could either choose only incluede servers that have the "trade" tag or to only inclued servers that do *not* have a "minecraft" tag, but not both. So I would have to manually look through the tags to find what I want because the filter only covers half of it.

It would make surfing servers much more convenient. While we're at it, the abillity to look up maps by name (with incluede/exclude) features would be nice too.

I know you can technically do this by doing one search, turning auto refresh off, and then typing in the tag you want to exclude, but we should be able to do that in one step.
