Bring back no browser options

Hi Steam,

Would appreciate it if you would consider bringing back a no browser option to steam,
whilst i understand corporations use aggregated data collection in "business" and that it is easier to collate with people running the same versions.

Many of us would appreciate the performance benefits of a streamlined version.

Previously i had separate shortcuts setup, for when i wanted to buy a game etc. Ideally the old -no-browser would come back.

If it absolutely had to be a standalone version without chat features (i would be fine with stripping it of community features -no tickets), i would go for that. As long as i could still have internet functionality in game, access my library, access a version where i can use full steam, i would be happy.
