Remove Jester / How a simple award devides the community

It's not being used at intended but to discredit other users.
Whoever had the idea to implement the jester into the award program, deserves a nice kick in the rear end.

edit: Give us the opportunity to at least be able to see WHO THE F gave us the Jester so we can do him back.

instead of removing it,

we give every op one. just an auto one that attaches to every new topic

that way everyone will have one and, if people add to it, it won't matter to those that put so much emphasis on them
