Steam download manager
Wouldn't it be nice to have some sort of download manager on steam. For example, you want to download a game during the night, but you don't feel like getting up at midnight. Then it would be usefull if you could set a time where steam would start to download a game so you can play your new game when you wake up!

Or you could start downloading it when you are heading off to bed so its done when you wake up.

Its what I do, tell it to start downloading a bunch of games I want to play soon and then go to bed. Most of the time its done by morning.

Since Big Picture Mode doesn't ask for the EULA nor the installation location, you could i.e. just put this to your Windows' Task Scheduler.

Steam.lnk
Target:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" "steam://install/<app-ID>" -tenfoot

Alternatively, leave your browser on with your Steam -account signed in and have it open up:

Session ID can be acquired by simply hitting CTRL+U and searching for it there.
