Then tell me how much the final install size is.
Being easy to add does not mean it should be added if it makes no sense. The data is already shown. You are asking for data that serves no purpose and can be misleading in making people think they need less space then they actually do to install the game. They aren't going to use SteamDB's numbers as Steam DB is not affiliated with them and their numbers might not be accurate or updated
Not to mention the confusion that stems from the game saying it takes 20 GB but needing 40 to unpack where as another game that took 20 GB didnt need 40 to unpack
You've been told the Dev is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their storage required, but again, games updating dont tend to receive massive updates that take significantly more storage, plus you need to generally have 2x the amount required for a download until it's fully installed.
If there's also localized limitations, it's best to stick to the confines of what the device can do and its storage. Typically most games are obvious by looking at it as to a range of how much storage it will consume.
