Allow custom descriptions for Non-Steam games.

Non-Steam games if you go the extra mile can look pretty nice but one thing is missing, descriptions. Without this it just doesn't quite feel right. Please Valve/Steam, make this a thing!

Or, you could buy games on Steam to get the "I bought this game on Steam" treatment, you know.
