Keep my game in the Wishlist !!!

My favorite games are added to my Steam wishlist first, but after purchase, it is automatically removed from the wishlist without my permission.

I ask to keep the games I've already purchased still in my wishlist so that there will be a sense of collecting fulfillment!!!!

They don't require your permission. It is, after all, their platform.

The wishlist isn't meant to serve any other purpose than to build a list of games that you wish to purpose. Once you've purchased the game, there's no more reason to keep it on that list. You fulfilled your wish.

You could perhaps do this manually - by creating a custom game collection category in your library; click the 4 square icons (your collections) next to Home in your games Library and add them as you go..

Personally, I really like the dynamic category of "unplayed" games - really helps finding gems in my back-log.
