Yes, but steam doesn't know if the game is saving there, or anywhere else. So there isn't a way to have a locate save folder button when steam doesn't know what the save folder is.
Let Steam Access these folders
Windows > User > Profile > Appdata > Local
Windows > User > Profile > Appdata > LocalLow
Windows > User > Profile > Appdata > Roaming
This PC > Documents
Again, that is useless because steam doesn't know where the save data is.
I'm not sure how much clearer it can be. There can't be a button to open a save folder location, when steam doesn't know what the location is.
They won't do it, because as already explained they don't know what the location of the save folder is.
As said, you cannot open a folder when it's not known where said folder actually is.
