FAQ for "Russian Forum"

There are many similar questions on the forum. These questions do not always get the right answers quickly.
For example:
- computer problems (video card)
- Steam does not start
- methods of payment for games
etc.

Is it possible to create a pinned topic or section with answers to frequently asked questions from Steam users in the "Russian Forum" section?

It would be easier for beginners (and not only) to solve their problems with games and buy more games.

People who need whatever is pinned usually don't read it, so you'd have to reply anyway.

I'm using a clipboard manager called "ditto" to quickly post certain things that keep coming up. AND even if the answer is posted somewhere already, like the info for a VAC ban, people STILL don't read it even when pointed there.

Your best course of action might be to care less and don't get mad about it. Better for your health, really.

Steam Support moderators aren't going to pin threads. There are no language specific moderators on the main forums since the globals were retired.
