[Feature request] Manage download speed limitation for remote download

It would be cool to be able to manage the download limitation (max download speed) for the steam remote download.

When managing remote downloads from the steam app, you can e.g. start or pause downloads, but finding out that the download limitation is still active afterwards because you wanted limited download speed while playing a game is unlucky.

Being able to remove the download limitation from remote would be nice.

I agree and also propose we can assign which drive to install as well as change download speed.

I'd go one step further also and allow us to cue a download while our pc is off so when we switch them on the download immediately starts
