I think steam should add game leasing like u have csgo prime and u want a game but u dont have money so you lease a game but u can pay later by small amount or steam insta uses the money on the game nad the game is a bit expensive but thats my idea

Or you can simply learn to do proper finance management and save up.

That is called a credit card, but to be blunt if you can't afford a game purchase then you shouldn't be buying games and should be getting your finances in order.

You put $5 in your Steam Wallet every now and then until you've saved up enough to buy the game.

lease game, beat game, stop paying on lease. what is the penalty for this? permanent lock on account doesnt work because people would just make throwaway accounts.

requiring the account to be unlimited doesnt work either since you will have the same results. make throwaway account and you get to play $50+ games for $5

your lack of funds is not a steam issue and you have to address it yourself.

that sounds like Game Pass on windows store,
where you can play several games for 12 Euros/Month

Taking Prime as an example, that would only encourage more bot farming for drops.

Part of giving an idea is listening to others give you feedback on an idea. In this case a credit card already lets you buy and pay for things over time, so it makes no sense for Steam to do it and take the risk and abuse that comes with it.
