Yep, the same ones who make alts and troll people's artwork. The same ones support has started cracking down on and issuing them month long bans.

Yes, you can beat them, but it's not the same when they play with 24/7 information on your position and at a minimum will never miss, making the flow of the games painful at times.
They have more in common with NPCs than they do actual humans. We play the game to play against other humans, not NPCs.
So, yeah, Valve is at the bottom of that list and they dwarf their competition in terms of PC market share.
Seems like they don't care that this is their reputation and that cheaters flock to Valve games just so they can cheat.
That means you're doing something right.
