add "reopen closed tab" keyboard shortcut

after middle clicking, or ctrl clicking, a link to get the web page to appear in a seperate browser window from the steam client, suggest implementing the keyboard shortcut to reopen a recently closed tab, Ctrl+Shift+T.

Don't close it, hold the Door... Hodor. It should stay minimal as possible or we get another thousand options browser. I have it minimized on taskbar all the time plus you can middle click any link and use a new tab.

it's nice to hear you have trained yourself to have a work around to this missing feature.

but i feel that "don't make a mistake" isn't a strong argument against requesting an "undo" that is already present in the chromium framework that steam uses.
