clip recorder

since steam allows uploading videos on community, why not be able to record them much easier?. screenshots can be captured from steam overlay in game, but why not recordings?. It would be much better if there was a small clip recorder on steam overlay so i dont need to download bloatware to record and it takes so much time to make the recording, upload the video on youtube and then on steam, it would be much easier if we could record a clip and post it instantly or just save it on cloud

You opt into the Steam client beta.
